If you experience problems when logging into iCloud.com, try the following steps:
When typing your password, make sure the Caps Lock button does not turn on (password sensitive to upper / lower case).
Make sure you type the email address and password for the Apple ID that you use for iCloud.
Note: In some locations, you can use a telephone number other than an e-mail address as an Apple ID.
If you set an Apple ID to require two-factor authentication or two-step verification, make sure you enter the latest code correctly sent to your device correctly.
If you successfully enter and only see Contacts, Pages, Numbers, Keynote, and Settings, your account can only access iCloud web-based features. To view and use other iCloud features, set iCloud on your iOS or Mac device.
If you can't remember your password, or you receive a message that your account has been disabled for account security reasons (this happens if someone tries to log in and fail repeatedly), you need to change or reset the password.
