LTE Optimization Short analysis


1.     Hygiene issue
         a.     Availability < 100 --> create HCR
         b.     VSWR alarm --> create HCR
         c.     RSSI --> create HCR
2.     DLUT 10 MHz (target 12) jika diatas 12 --> monitoring
3.     DLUT 15 MHz (target 18) jika diatas 18 --> monitoring
4.     DL PRB Utilization > 70% dan CUL >= 300 and BW = 10 MHz --> Propose Upgrade BW to 15 MHz
5.     DL PRB Utilization > 70% dan CUL >= 300 and BW = 15 MHz --> lihat CQI
         a.  Avg CQI > 10, BW 15, PRB > 70%, TA aman --> Propose New site
          b.  Avg CQI > 10, BW 15, PRB > 70%, TA "overshoot"--> Physical tuning (Propose Site audit)
          c.   Avg CQI < 10 --> Physical tuning (Propose site audit)
6.     Transport Bad --> Transport Check, 
7.     RRC connmax < 10 but Low Throughput --> low sample (please check hourly)
8.     DL CQI 64 QAM < 10% --> Physical tuning (Propose Site audit)
9.     HOSR-IF < 97 --> HOSRIF optimization (block-list, NREL etc)
10.    DL latency > 9 ms --> Transport check
