Delicious Fried Rice Recipe
1. Simple fried rice
Material :
1 plate of white rice
Garlic 2 cloves, finely chopped
Sweet soy sauce or soy sauce according to taste
Chilli sauce to taste
Oyster sauce to taste
Salt to taste
Chicken or beef flavored broth according to taste
1 leek, finely chopped
1 chicken chicken egg
1 chicken sausage, thinly sliced
Margarine or cooking oil 3 tablespoons
How to make :
Prepare a frying pan over medium heat, pour margarine or cooking oil.
Add the garlic and chopped leeks. Sauté until smelling or until the color is golden.
Enter the sausage and 1 chicken egg. Saute briefly.
Add the spices and rice. Stir until well blended.
